The Delta Optical Entry series consists of robust and durable binoculars designed for general use. Launched on the market as a continuation of the Delta Optical Taiga models, they have been improved by strengthening the structure and improving the optics to continue to enjoy unflagging popularity among users as cheap and solid binoculars.
The Entry Series includes two models with a 50mm lens diameter and one model with a 40mm lens. The Entry 10x50 and 7x50 binoculars are classic tourist binoculars with universal parameters. The Delta Optical Entry 10x50 is an appropriate compromise between the detail and brightness of the image, the Entry 7x50 model, in turn, gives brighter and less magnified images, more suitable for observation in twilight conditions. Entry 8x40 binoculars have a slightly different application. Here we are dealing with smaller dimensions, thanks to which such binoculars can be suitable for mountain hiking and wherever the dimensions and weight of the equipment are important. At the same time, the Entry 8x40 binoculars have a wide field of view, one of the widest in Delta Optical binoculars.
Structurally, the Entry series binoculars are much more solid than their prototypes and other popular binoculars at a similar price. Their entire body is made of aluminum and, additionally, for better comfort, the housing is covered with rubber. The lenses are classic achromats with a diameter of 50 mm or 40 mm, covered with blue anti-reflection coatings. The binoculars are distinguished by the use of prisms made of BaK4 glass, thanks to which we do not observe edge darkening typical for prisms made of BK7 glass . What attracts attention is the solid ocular bridge, showing no slack or inclination and not changing its position under pressure. The glasses have rubber eyecups that can be rolled up if necessary.
