What can I order?

There is notice at all items that are in stock (near to basket button).  These items can be ordered immediately. If there is a date next to basket button, this date indicates when item will be in our stock.

 

 

If I want item that is not in stock, what shall I do?

In this case, please give us a note about product you are interested in, or simply click on basket button and enter your email address. We will receive notice about product you’re interested in, and contact you regarding delivery time or alternative product.

 

 

How long should I wait until product is available again?

It varies from week to three months and depends on product you’re ordering. In every case we suggest you to contact us, so we can discuss optimal delivery time and terms.

 

 

I have received invoice, what’s next?

Invoice shall be paid by wire transfer or cash at our office. We can also charge your credit card, but prior this, please contact us. After we receive your payment goods will be shipped to you immediately. We are working on online payment system now, and hope to present it to you as soon as possible.

Attention! Ordered items are reserved for 5 days. If we won’t receive your payment during this period, reservation will be canceled. It’s important when you’re shopping on low stock items.

How long takes delivery?Ordered goods are shipped next day (or same day, if payment is received until 12.00 AM). Delivery time depends is approximately 2-3 days in Baltic States, and about week to rest of the Europe.

 

 

Where can you ship?

We can ship worldwide yet (until there is no regular carrier to other planets). Attention! Some restrictions may be applied on certain product groups or vendors.

You’re lucky J But please keep in mind:

  • You can always contact us for better pricing. It’s not always possible, but we will try to do our best.
  • If you’re importing product from outside EU, you will pay VAT and Import taxes.
  • Warranty will be where you have bought product, so if problem occurs, you’ll have to ship product on your own expenses.

 

How about warranty?Warranty depends on product (different products have different warranty terms). Usually it’s not les than 12 months. For warranty repairs you should send product (or malfunctioning part) to our office at your cost, after repair product will be shipped back to you.
